ABOUT US
Grind House Elite South is one of the premiere athletic and training programs in the country. Located in the southern DFW area, our desire was to transform the world of athletic training and education by building young men into great stewards of their communities.
OUR MISSION
To provide an inspirational and motivational environment where preparation, practice, and hard work generate legitimate opportunities for success. We emphasize the importance of fundamental development fused with innovative techniques necessary for positive experiences in athletics and in life.
OUR VISION
We will build young men into great stewards of their communities by exposing them to and offering programs such as stem education, arts & humanities, academic enrichment, college scholarships, and financial literacy.
